The entire 615 sq ft unit is for the guest. Shared spaces are in common areas of the Resort & Casino. Access to all the amenities both Palms Place and The Palms have to offer. By booking with me, you will not have to pay any resort fees. Amenities subject to close based on time, season, or unforeseen circumstances.

Beautiful private upper deck pools with mountain and strip views, the infamous Pearl Theater with seats all within 120ft from direct stage, and a Spa that offers rejuvenation. Without the foot congestion of casinos on the strip, the gaming floors are clean, the rooms are easier to access, the loud sounds are limited, and the rooms are calm and comfortable. Palms Place has its own valet and ride share area. Valet is located in front of the lobby under overhang. There is no charge for valet but please remember to tip. Uber is easy and convenient from Palms Place. Bus stop Eastbound Flamingo after Arville located on Flamingo Rd in front of Palms Place. The route can be viewed online or through an app to live track the bus. I have done tours through Viator, such as the Grand Canyon West Rim, I have found these tours to include a stop at The Gold Coast or The Palms for convenient pickup.
